The Landhaus is located just a 3-5 minute drive from the slopes, shopping, dining, the village, the lake and the Zoo.

The spacious, newly remodeled house is rented by the owner directly who is also a property manager and went above and beyond to make this cabin a one of a kind vacation experience that people can call their second home and can’t wait to return to. You will not be disappointed.
The minute you walk in you will fall in love with the bright and light open floor plan and high ceilings this cabin offers. Enjoy the luxury of a nice, modern wood fire-place in living room, Jacuzzi for 4 people in yard that gets professionally cleaned a couple of times a week, nest thermostat, central heating, window AC in living room (May-October), Dyson fans in both bedrooms, ceiling fan in Master bedroom, portable heaters, WINIX air purifiers (99.97% efficient True HEPA Filtration), free high-speed Wi-Fi, music system, Bose music box, safe, 60 inch TV in living room (with lots of Channels and Netflix etc.) that pulls out so you can watch your favorite show or sports from dining, kitchen and living area. The house also offers a high chair (Joovy Nook), pack n play (brand-new July 2023: Graco® Pack ‘n Play On The Go Playard, Kaden), sleds and lots of games and books for the kids & family.
You will find new luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a nice kitchen with finest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you might possibly need, even a crock pot. We offer lots of goodies to make this a very special experience for our guests. You can find a variety of finest teas, coffee, lots of spices, best cooking oil and a few surprises throughout the seasons. You will not miss a thing and if you do, we will get it or let you purchase it and reimburse you for the expense. We want you to have everything you need to make your stay exceptional.
The living room has a huge leather L-shape couch as well as a leather seat w/ ottoman offering comfortable seating for the entire family. Both bedrooms have a private bath attached. One bedroom has a queen bed and TV, the other one a King bed and TV. To assure the most comfortable sleep possible, we put in high quality mattresses, pillows, sheets and European style duvet blankets. We also offer a 3 fold mats for extra bedding (Milliard 6-Inch Memory Foam Tri-fold Mattress with Ultra Soft Removable Cover with Non-Slip Bottom). It is almost as thick as a mattress and very comfortable.
The yard offers a fantastic spacious & inviting area to enjoy the outside with lots of room to play, BBQ, relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi as pool or hot tub. It just got remodeled and offers brand-new lounge areas with nice sunbrella cushions and a few umbrellas. Please note the cushions in yard will only be available May-October.
This house is very special. You will feel the difference and will never wanna leave. It's decorated with lots of love and attention to detail and offers a very special feel for the holiday season with a big Christmas tree, decoration throughout and very special complementary treats. Besides the cozy decoration, there are tons of games, puzzles, books, kids blankets, winter blankets to snuggle, DVDs, snow sleds, various toys and much more to make your stay at the Landhaus fun and memorable.
